The New Long March International Logistics Center, which invested by Yunnan New Long March Industry Group, was officially established in Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone in May 2010. This international logistics centered the multimodal transporting logistics area of Kunming. Relying on the CRIntermodal's railway central station for container transportation, and covering such main functions as container rail-freight transport, bonded logistics, warehousing, processing and distribution, cold-chain logistics foragricultural products, logistics financial services and customs inspection, this logistics center aims to be an major international logistics platform for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations. Besides, it will become a large-scale logistics base which has an output value over 10 billion. New Long March International Logistics Center is one of the enterprises that located in Luoyang Logistics Area of Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone. Up to now several large logistics enterprises have been attracted into this area; Among which the ASEAN Commodity Port, Guanfang International Logistics Center and the largest container transfer station in Southeast were included.
