China’s biggest international commerce and trade center oriented to the ASEAN and South Asia begins to take shape in Kunming

The third phase of the project Luoshiwan International Trade Center is under construction and the first phase project and second phase project have been put into use. It will become the largest international commerce and trade center in China with its total operating area of 5.5 million square meters.

Luoshiwan International Commerce and Trade Center has been started to build since February 2008. It contains 550 square meters of the main market, 4,000 mu of international standard commodity producing and processing area, 2000 mu of warehousing and logistics park as well as 12,000 mu of business offices and residential communities which consist of the market, storage, processing, business office and other services.

The whole project will become the largest specialized international wholesale market in China after the Commodity Market of Yiwu. It will not only promote the international logistics between China and Southeast Asia but also will solve the employment problems for 300,000 people.
