China's foreign trade to grow 20%-25% in 2011

Source:   Time:

China's foreign trade is expected to continue to grow in 2011. But a report by the University of International Business and Economics shows, growth will ease to between 20 and 25 percent.

China's twelfth five-year plan is being implemented this year, and new projects will be launched by the local governments. The report says China's economy is forecast to grow at 9.9 percent. Foreign trade will slow from 2010, but will still expand by up to a quarter.

The report shows optimism in world economic growth, and predicts it will be around 4 percent in 2011. But it's possible for developed and emerging economies to adopt very different monetary policies.
